I founded Beacons & Bridges to bring proven cross-border expertise to Asia Pacific's law firms and professional services partnerships. My experience coordinating strategic initiatives across 74 offices in over 40 countries offers unmatched insight into matrix governance realities and multi-market partnership dynamics. I bring international best practices while respecting local market realities, ensuring solutions work within your specific regulatory, cultural, and partnership context.
My track record includes delivering a seven-market integration completed one year ahead of schedule and reviving stalled strategic initiatives across practice groups. Prior to Baker McKenzie, I held roles at Allen & Gledhill during Singapore's legal market liberalization, Temasek Holdings during the Global Financial Crisis, and the Australian Financial Review.
As a fifth-generation Singaporean with global experience, I bridge Eastern and Western business approaches naturally. I am currently pursuing INSEAD's Chief Strategy Officer Programme to ensure clients benefit from both proven methodologies and emerging best practices.
